Inherited properties can be a burden especially if the home has not been upkept or there are belongings left behind. Our goal is to reduce that burden by purchasing the property in as-is condition with any belongings left you do not wish to take. This allows as stress free of a transaction for you as possiblewing for a simple stress free transaction.
Foreclosure
If you or someone you know are facing hardship and facing foreclosure. It may not be ideal but you do have options right up until the foreclosure is complete and recorded.
